What I did Tuesday.

  1. Rose from bed at 11:15 UTC ;
  2. Journal, write goals : 25 mins ;
  3. Chat with Jacob about PECP plan : 75 min ;
  4. Integrate discussed changes into PECP plan : 97 mins ;
  5. Correspondence : 2 hrs 23 mins ;
  6. Chip away at an article : 60 mins ;
  7. Book keeping : 60 mins ;
  8. OTC deal : 60 mins, spread out ;
  9. 'On call' to support PECP client during install of new ISP service, basically needed to get info from the technician : 83 mins ;

Total : 10 hours, 3 mins.

What I did Wednesday.

  1. Rose from bed at 10:55 UTC ;
  2. Exercise in park : sprints, forward and backpedaling : 45 mins ;
  3. Blood drawn for labs : 25 mins ;
  4. Met with a prospect : 60 mins ;
  5. Met with an old friend, brainstormed some business ideas : 90 mins ;
  6. Go to electronics shop for a VGA-HDMI adapter : 25 mins ;
  7. Built, installed and played with bleeding edge e2 client : 15 mins ;
  8. Call with prospects about a fiat deal : 30 mins ;
  9. Admin : 60 mins ;
  10. Chipped away at an article : 60 mins ;
  11. Swamp correspondence : 60 mins ;
  12. Email potential hosting provider asking for clarifications on the quote they sent us : 15 mins ;
  13. Tried out a new girl : 4 hours ;

Total : 12 hours, 5 mins.

What I did today.

  1. Rose from bed at 10:55 UTC ;
  2. Journal : 25 mins ;
  3. Exercise : follow along to a kick boxing video : 65 minutes ;
  4. Call w/ family, move some items forward wrt their investments : 83 mins ;
  5. Correspondence : 3 hr 11 mins ;
  6. Discuss lab results w/ doctor, everything is range, 20 mins ;
  7. Chip away at an article : 45 mins ;
  8. Weigh hosting options w/ Jacob, make decision : 30 mins ;
  9. Compile work reports for days missed : 71 mins ;

Total : 7 hours, 39 mins.

Need to block out bigger blocks for writing, start first thing after exercise. Need to be more present with time/action tracking moment by moment. At least I caught myself and didn't just drop the exercise on the floor, but need to improve, which is why I'm doing this in the first place.
