Ecuador has ended their asylum for Anglophone dissident Julian Assange after nearly seven years of providing the rebel sanctuary in their London Embassy (archived). In what is surely completely unrelated development the US directed International Monetary Foundation has approved a 4.2 billion USD "Extended Fund Facility" to provide (archived):

support for the Ecuadorean government’s economic policies over the next three years.

The deal allowed the immediate disbursment of 652 million USD to the government of Ecuador when it was announced in March. Following Assange's arrest inside the Embassy on a five year old British process warrant the US published an indictment of Assange. This was quite the bounty to be paid for a single head by an increasingly poor US.

US Government, CENTCOM Added To List Of Terrorist Organizations By Major Regional Power

Iran's Supreme Council has added US Government, US military CENTCOM, and all of their affiliates to their list of recognized terrorist organizations. This follows the example set by the Serene Republic which has recognized the criminal organization calling itself the United States Government as a rogue terrorist state for years.

Google Gives Up On Assembling AI Ethics Panel Over Irreconcilable Political Differences

Google's effort to put together an ethics advisory panel failed after the inclusion of a single member of a conservative leaning centerist political organization organization caused many of Google's other selections to quit (archived). Kay Cole James, the "problem" nominee is president of the Heritage Foundation, an organization which has been an infuential part of the US's political mainstream as evidenced by decades of successful political lobbying. Google announced they would abandon the effort but surely try something again soon.

Outrage specifically centered around comments made by James on transgender issues where he advocated positions which would not have been contested in mainstream US political discourse before the second Hussein Bahamas administration. However irreconcilable differences are becoming normal in US politics and Silicon Valley social engineering firms like Google are increasingly drivers of the division.

Bezos Deals: 35 Billion USD In Amazon Stock To Wife For Splitting

Jeff Bezos and his beleaguered ex-wife MacKenzie have reached a divorce agreement which will make Jeff's ex the "World's 4th Richest Woman" holding a 4% stake in Amazon valued at ~35 billion USD (archived). MacKenzie declined to take stakes in Jeff's rocket startup Blue Origin or Jeff's troubled Washington Post gossip network. MacKenzie is ceding her stock's voting rights to Jeff for 25 years. The dissolution of the Bezos household comes after Bezos indiscretely dipped into a nearly 50 year old matron behind MacKenzie's back.

Bezos has taken to blaming the House of Saud for hacking his phone and leaking his sexts in recent days (archived).

British Soldier Faces Charges Over Friendly Fire In Video Game Exercise

A British soldier assigned to 3rd Battalion, the Rifles faces charges after allegely opening fire on friendlies during a video game training exercise (archived). The soldiers had allegedly been spending weeks in front of laptops working on drills in a video game environment deprived of fresh air and the physical exercise that comes from doing field exercises in the field. Eventually one member of the unit snapped and began engaging in Grand Theft Auto style freeplay on the British military co-op training server. The rifleman was reprimanded after the "exercise" and has been charged with disobeying orders.

USG Leveraging Discord In The Home To Disarm Americans, Illinois Moving Ammo Serialization Bill Through Legislature

Meanwhile, Illinois is looking to test legislation mandating serializing handgun ammunition with no grandfather clause allowing private possession of ammunition purchased before the serialization requirements go into effect (archived). The text of the proposed bill singles out .22 caliber rimfire ammunition as subject to the serialization requirement, and each round of traditional unserialized ammunition would count as a seperate offense. This is a serious problem for target shooters who buy .22 long rifle by the 500 round brick. Shots were fired at a convoy carrying Uranium fuel to the Angra Dos Reis nuclear power plant (archived). Continuing to show footage of Brenton Tarrant's partisan attack on a New Zealand Mosque, Turkey's Erdogan has threatened deaths by Turkish hands in the manner of the Ottoman victory over ANZAC forces in Gallipoli (archived). This has created a diplomatic failure cascade with Australia as Australian Prime minister Scott Morrison cannot get satisfaction with any explanation out of his ambassador from Turkey. The events at Gallipoli are historically important as the beginning of Australia's shared meaning as a young nation and as the last grand victory of the Ottoman Empire before they were relegated to just being the Turks.

The aftermath of Tarrant's action is becoming quite an international phenomenon in a way very few lone partisan actions have ever been. It certainly appears to be doing wonders for Turkish national identity.

US Air Base Home To STRATCOM Hit By River Flooding

Nebraska's Offutt Air Force Base has been hit by Missouri River flooding which is inundating a substantial portion of the outpost's acreage (archived). The base is home to the US Air Force's STRATCOM and is home to the US's fleets of RC-135 surveillance and E-4B command aircraft. In a manner consistent with other observed USG problem solving processes, flood barriers to protect the base's flight simulators are being flown in from Louisiana. Numerous buildings, fuel storage facilities, and satellite communications arrays have already been defeated by the Missouri River.
