Uncommon Law: US Courts Moving Into Secrecy While UK Moves Towards Deterministic Juries

Several cases in the "common law" jurisdictions are moving Anglophone courts still further away from man in the war over men or law.

  • Douglas County, Colorado District Judge Theresa Slade has ordered the charges against two LGTBP shooters at a Colorado STEM school sealed as they were issued (archived). 18 year old Devon Erickson and 16 year old "male identifying" Alec McKinney were involved in an incident where 1 was killed and 8 wounded at a school in Colorado. One of the woundings is being attributed to a private security contractor at the school who opened fire on responing Sheriff's deputies and struck a student with gunfire in the process. In spite of the sealings it was declared that McKinney will be charged as an adult. Last year the Colorado Supreme court ruled there the public has no right under the state or federal constitutions to inspect court records (archived).
  • The US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals determined investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson's case against the FBI and US Department of "Justice" cannot move forward due to her inability to identify the individal USG stooges involved in the operation to surveil her (archived). Attkisson has compile substantial evidence documenting tresspass and invasion of her personal and work computers by USG agents during the Hussein Bahamas administration. At the time Attkisson was employed by CBS News investigating the scheme where then Attorney General Eric Holder sent arms to the Mexican Cartels and the debacle where then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton got US diplomatic staff killed in Benghazi. An earlier court ruling removed Eric Holder as a defendant in the case.

This ruling prevents US Citizens from seeking remedies in US Courts against harms done by USG criminals. The involved agencies simply need to declare the matter involves "sensitive executive branch discussions and decisions" and not cooperate with discovery in the case. In spite of substantial forensic evidence demonstrating harm done in this case, the court has eliminate any space for seeking remedy from the guilty.
  • Under a new draft espionage act the UK is preparing to allow prosecutors to "screen" juries with the aim of disqualifying jurors that might sympathize with the defendant and deliver a "wrong verdict" in cases (archived). This measure would officially end the last pretense for having a jury at all.

Another Cisco Road To Root Found In The Wild While Anti-Huawei Executive Order Published In US

The latest round of Cisco patches includes one to address a vulnerability that allows anyone who can touch the web admin panel on a piece of kit to acquire root (archived). Another one of these was burned earlier this month. This week the US published an anti-Huawei executive order which fails to name Huawei though it could, in theory, be used in an effort to prevent US based businesses from engaging in commerce with the Chinese giant (archived).

Adobe Threatens Users Of Old Software Versions With Litigation Potential

Adobe has begun sending users of classic versions of their software threats based around the proposition that only the two most recent releases of their software may be used (archived). So long as the fiat "licensing" scam gets "subscribers" to, the bits will continue rotting. Especially when money has been paid to the rotters for the bits.

Semiconductor Market Headed Towards Downturn As More Intel Data Leak Flaws Emerge

The growth outlook for the global semiconductor market are eroding for the year as 2019 marches on thanks to an increase in NAND flash memory production and just about everything else in the space being materially worse than offerings from a decade ago in many important measures (archived). Meanwhile the Intel "optimization" induced data leaks keep rolling in (archived). The ongoing Intel optimization fraud has lead Google to disable Intel's "Hyperthreading" in their ChromeOS spyware with other vendors considering similar measures (archived).

Automattic's WordPress.com Purges Dissident Blogs

Matt Mullenweg's (WOT:nonperson) Automattic had gone on a purge of dissident blogs using their "WordPress.com" that fail to promote Pantsuitism. The most prominent casualty is the "Heartiste" blog which has been reduced to the following text:

heartiste.wordpress.com is no longer available.

The frogboiling of ideological diversity continues, and failing to enter into contracts with people instead of faceless "platforms" is a perilous bet.

Tor Using USG WhistleBlower Hit With Charges After Leaking To Omidyar's Rag (Yet Again)

Daniel Everette Hale of Nashville, Tennesssee has been charged by the USG for whistleblowing classified information to a reporter after serving in the US Airforce where he was trained as a "Language Case Analyst" and working at a US intelligence contractor for the National
Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Mr. Hale leaked US intelligence materials to a reporter he happened to meet at an event in a DC area bookstore. Pantsuitist sources are claiming Hale's whistleblowing fed reports on US drone strikes around the world in Omidyar's rag "The Intercept" (archived). Hale is far from the first leaker to Omidyar's operation to face USG captivity. Reality Winner was captured by the USG after the Intercept published scans of her leaks with "anti-counterfeiting" patterns intact.

Omidyar's operation has managed to waste its contacts with leakers, with the leakers getting arrested while publishing material nearly a half decade behind TMSR intelligence reporting. Hale was encourage to use the USG owned "Tor" network and the controlled opposition "Tails" linux distro by his handlers. The USG's indictment is presented in full below: Continue reading

New Microsoft Chromium Based Browser To Include Legacy IE Attack Surface

Microsoft has announced that while making their newest browser from Google's Chromium code, they will also be including a legacy "Internet Explorer Mode" for "businesses" and South Korea (archived). Apparently Microsoft's accumulated technical debt is so great that in brushing away the mess of its past, it needs to bundle the mess it was trying to escape with the perceived solution.

EuroPolice Knock Down Two Darknet Markets

Europol and a number of USG organs working in concert managed to take out two "darknet" market places (archived). One operation calling itself "Wall Street Market" and another called both "Silkkitie" and "Valhalla Marketplace" are now closed. The US DoD Tor network remains unsuitable for safety critical applications.

Yet Another NOBUS Backdoor To Root On Cisco Kit Burned After The "Us" Set Expanded

A backdoor in the SSH management portion of Cisco's "Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) Mode Switch Software" has been documented (archived). This particular incarnation of the hole has been patched by Cisco after the whistle was blown. The hole involves a default root SSH keypair which could be used by anyone connecting over IPv6 to login as root. This is not the first Cisco NOBUS backdoor to be burned after the definition of "us" capable of using the backdoor expanded.

Bitfinex Slammed In New York For Allegely Using Tether "Stablecoin" Reserves As Slush Fund To Cover Losses

New York prosecutor Letitia James has announced an ongoing fraud investigation into Bitfinex for mingling customer and corporate funds with the purpose of concealing losses using the USD reserves of their Tether "stablecoin" (archived). Allegedly 700 million USD backing the stablecoin were used to conceal an 850 million USD loss. Bitfinex denies doing business in or having any connection to New York.
