Cattle Rancher And American Patriot Cliven Bundy Arrested In Portland

American Patriot, Cattle Rancher, and inspiration for the militia liberation in Oregon Cliven Bundy was arrested in Portland after travelling from Nevada to support his sons (archived). He had travelled to Portland with his Nevada State Assembly member Michelle Fiore to seek the release of his children from Federal Prisoner of War1 camps. This round of militia liberation may be reaching its end. For 40 days and forty nights in the high desert of Oregon brave militia men and women have taken a stand supporting the Spirit of the United States Constitution and the American People against the crimes committed by the Federal Government. Since the dark day that Lavoy Finicum was slaughtered by Federal Forces and other militia leaders were captured with Ryan Bundy sustaining a gunshot wound, only four brave souls remained to continue the liberation and they have continued to maintain it under a constant state of seige. If the Oregon liberation ends today, may the American people honor the sacrifices of these brave militia souls have undertaken on their behalf.

  1. What war? The war on America's productive citizens where they are deprived of the fruits of their labor in order to better support clerks and other socialist bureaucrats.

United States Capitol Region To Bribe Potential Repeat Criminals

Turmoil Lead To Mizzou Credit Outlook Downgrade

The turmoil which gripped the University of Missouri's Columbia campus last fall has lead to a downgrade of the University of Missouri's credit outlook from stable to negative by Standard & Poor's. The civil unrest lead to the departure of several high level administrators from the University. Standard & Poor's currently rates the University of Missouri's credit as AA+ which leaves substantial distance before catching up to Illinois Universities whose credit ratings are falling into junk status with the rest of Illinois' public debts.

California Environmentalists Fight To Save Endangered Nuclear Plant

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that an emergent environmental advocacy group has coalesced to advocate for saving the regulatorily imperilled Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant (archived). The approximately 2.2 gigawatt plant currently provides 7 to 8 percent of California's electricity. Any non-nuclear replacement for the plant would require an energy expenditure relative to output 4 to 5 times greater than replacing Diablo Canyon with another nuclear plant, and a new nuclear plant would still require a greater capital outlay than continuing to operate Diablo Canyon. With energy prices in the United States falling to a point that prohibits new capital investment, these actual environmentalists are advocating for the outcome which minimizes the price in energy to keep the lights on in California.

Oregon Standoff Supplanted In US Media By Celebrity Drama

The stand off initiated by Federal forces to reclaim an outpost liberated by Militants has taken a violent turn with Lavoy Finicum becoming a martyr in a hail of Federal bullets and Ryan Bundy suffering a gunshot wound.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Oregon state police have begun a siege against the remaining militia's free outpost in Oregon, and an agent of the court proclaiming to speak for the captured Ammon Bundy is encouraging the remaining militia forces to surrender. Yet mainstream media outlets in the United States are trying to whip the population into a fervor over a different kind of stand off with far less at stake. Continue reading

Militia Hero Killed, Ammon Bundy And Several Others Captured

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Oregon State police killed one Militia hero and captured six members of the liberating Militia in Oregon. Lavoy Finicum was reportedly killed after Federal Forces initiated hostilities when militia members were travelling to perform community outreach in a nearby town outside the borders of the liberated zone. One of the captured Militia men was further wounded. Those reportedly captured were:

  • Ammon Bundy
  • Ryan Bundy1
  • Brian Cavalier
  • Shawna Cox
  • Ryan Payne
  • Peter Santill

Other militias remain in the liberated zone armed, and now likely at a far higher state of alert. The federal forces' local Roland Freisler has drawn up for all of the captured heroes felony charges of:

conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation, or threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 372.

This escalation to lethal violence on the part of Federal Terrorist leader Barack Hussein Obama comes as Militia liberators were winning the war of ideas. These heroes took a peaceful stand seeking the Federal government turn away from despotism and towards its constitutional bounds. Federal forces resorted in desperation to escalating the confrontation to violence as they lacked the patience and resolve to even try winning the moral contest. Why should residents of the United States worry about any foreign threats to their life or freedom when the Federal government presents such an immediate threat?

  1. Update: Ryan Bundy was the casualty wounded by a gunshot.

Obamacare Firm Loses Personal Information

Obamacare firm Centene is reportedly searching for six missing hard drives which contain personal financial and health information on up to a million Americans (archived). Because of the peculiar way the fiat financial system does business without strong cryptographic certainty, the kind of personal information contained on these drives is likely of supreme interest to all manner of thieves.

Corn Belt Pain Continues As Supply Trickles Into Markets

The pain being felt in the United States corn belt continues as low prices have reduced the flow of grain into the market to a trickle (archived). Archer Daniels Midland and other buyers are finding it necessary to raise their basis bids to get any new grain at all into their supply chains while farmers are forced to weigh how much of a loss they are willing to sell their crop for in order to plant the next crop. It remains to be seen how much to hodl farmers can muster and whether it will be enough to save their fortunes from the malaise affecting commodities on fiat markets. Sorry for your loss.

NACDL Amicus: Silk Road Warrant Unconstitutional According To 4th Amendment

As the build up to the Ross Ulbrict's appellate hearing continues, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers has filed an amicus brief criticizing the unconstitutionality of the investigation which lead to the persecution of Ross Ulbricht. The move comes as militia operations motivated by other breaches of the United States constitution by the Federal government have resulted in the liberation of substantial portions of Oregon. Whether the appellate court follows Judge Katherine Forrest in rejecting sanity and constitutional limits remains to be seen. Continue reading
