Bereft of opportunities to capture Edward Snowden, the USG has settled for attempting to capture Snowden's book royalties. The USG claims Snowden signed a variety of non-disclosure agreements which the publication of his book violates. Complaint presented in full below: Continue reading

USG And Israel Moving Towards "Mutual Defense" Treaty As Hawks Continue Pushing To Bomb Iran
Reports have begun emerging that suggest the USG and Israel are moving towards a "mutual defense" agreement, provided Bibi survives today's elections (archived). This movement comes as hawks inside the USG, Israel, and Saudi Arabia are escalating their anti-Iran talk in the wake of a Yemeni rebel attack using 80's vintage drones which crippled Saudi oil production over the weekend (archived).
One notable "mutual defense" agreement of historical interest had Britain opening the second World War after Germany intervened to stop the Polish government's genocide of ethnic Germans in Danzig (archived). With Israel already conducting airstrikes on its neighbors, it is very hard to see the move as anything other than a committment to further antagonize the Middle East.
Stallman Surrenders: Human Mushroom Quits Everything As Boot Hovers Above
After being targeted for purging in the ongoing Pantsuit Cultural Revolution, Microsoft guest speaker Richard Stallman has quit everything (archived). Stallman resigned his Visiting Scientist position at MIT as well as his position at the Free Software Foundation. Stallman made his career as the idle political officer of a new left by leveraging his one time proximity to some people doing things. Unfortunately for Stallman the left's youth always sacrifices the elders in its march to still greater derealization.
Google Softens On Employee Speech After Consulting Great Inca
USG surveillance organization Google has decided to allow its employees to engage in discussions about pay amongst themselves and conduct some limited political discussions following consultation with the US National Labor Relations Board (archived). Presumably Google will maintain their ongoing policy of filtering political speech on a spectrum where positions increasingly removed from sanity are permissable while positions closer to grounding in sanity are sanctioned as hate speech, pushing an ongoing trend of increasing derealization over time.
Richard Stallman Targeted For Depersoning And MIT Eviction Over Defense Of Minsky
Microsoft featured speaker and human mushroom Richard Stallman has been targeted for depersoning and eviction at MIT over his defense of Minsky's enjoyment of friendship with Jeffery Epstein (archived, archived). Stallman erred by engaging the new leftist insanity within the pedantic framework of his old leftist insanity. The cultural revolution in the Anglo colonies appears to be continuing its pursuit of passive, derealized purity.
Taliban Asserts Their Readiness To Continue War For Another Century So Long As US Continues Forcing War On Afghanistan
The Taliban is asserting that as long as the US continues to impose war on Afghanistan that they are confident in their ability to continue fighting back for at least another century (archived). This declaration follows the US Government's withdrawal from a series of peace talks over ongoing US casualties. At the same time US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo bragged of more than 1000 casualties inflicted by the US over a 10 day span. Taliban diplomat Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai responded to Pompeo's gloating with:
Mr. Pompeo admitted that they have killed a thousand Taliban. If they can kill a thousand of us, why can we not kill one or two of them? This is our right. We have to defend ourselves and defend our people.
After 18 Years Of "Never Forget" US Still At War
On this 18th anniversary of the day the "end of history" died, the US is still at war. The war is still a hot one (archived).
Intel "DDIO" Technology Allows Keystroke Capture In SSH Sessions – Peripherals Interacting Directly With CPU Cache
Intel's "Direct Data I/O" feature introduced in 2011 has been shown to allow for capturing keystrokes in "keyboard interactive" SSH sessions (archived). Keyboard interactive logins have been a feature of SSH best disabled for some time, but Intel's DDIO backdoor is architected in a way that allows still further shennanigans. The DDIO "optimization" allows peripherals to go further than direct memory address and skip to directly interacting with the CPU's on die cache. Expect the continued documentation of Intel backdoors marketed as optimizations to continue.
John Bolton Out As US National Security Advisor
John Bolton is out as US National Security Advisor after using the position to systematically reduce US national security as so many of his predecessors have done before him (archived). Different parties are claiming a firing or resignation effected the departure. Bolton's legacy over his tenures in the Trump and Bush II administrations is a reduction of USG ability to effect its policy abroad to levels not seen in a century.
Massachusetts Mayor Busted For Extorting Bud Dealers Seeking Legality
Twenty-seven year old Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia is accused of extorting bribes out of cannabis businesses seeking to do enter the incredibly restrictive legal retail regime implemented in Correia's turf (archived). Among the various demands issued by Correia was a bribe of half of his own chief of staff's salary in exchange for their retention of that job. Correia is one of three Democratic Party candidates facing off in a primary election September 17th while his case isn't set for trial until late February 2020.
The combination of the ease with which massive amounts of potent cannabis buds can be grown along with the restictive regulatory regimes imagined by various fiat sovereigns makes this a particularly fruitful avenue for sovereigns in their own heads to milk suckers looking to enter the regulated market.
