It was the most extensively and naturally snow-encrusted I'd ever encountered the trees, with a clear delineation of where it started based on altitude, shadow and wind pattern, as seen nicely in pico-1 and pico-4.

After observing another waist high skier pick her way down on a more horizontal line on the first run, I enjoyed Bronco much more on the second by taking my time and using more of the trail. Instead of jamming a turn every mogul or two, I started taking them every four or five making the trail and my form last longer.

Likewise, though iirc I ended up trying the idea on the neighboring "Wrangler" for variety's sake. To expand a bit since I had trouble following when you first explained it (how do you mean "every four or five", there's no option to not take them, they cover the whole trail!) the point is to trace a more gentle path by cutting most or all the way crosswise before making a turn downhill (and having to somehow break the momentum from the drop before the next bump comes to knock the wind out of you).

Jacob wanted to head to the base lodge for a Belgian waffle

It looked like the same operation as last time so I had to compare! It was quite the same experience except for a less convenient location at the edge of the skiable area, the impudent snowcial-distancing mandate posters, and a 20% price inflation.
